Execution & Bankruptcy Law

Turkish Execution and Bankruptcy Law is an extremely sensitive issue. On the one hand, in order to collect the debt, the debtor’s assets should be thoroughly investigated. Otherwise, the creditor would spend a considerable amount of time – to no avail. On the other hand, supervising the debtor is essential to avoid a destructive execution and bankruptcy procedure. Moreover, mediation between the creditor and the debtor may be highly beneficial for the parties.
